Taxi: Yes, you can reach the show using a taxi. You can find taxis at designated stops near the event or directly contacting the following phone number +34 928 77 28 28

Car: Near our establishment, you can find parking at the nearby shopping center and on surrounding streets. It is recommended to arrive at least 1 hour in advance.

¿Can I celebrate private events?

Yes, at Sala Scala, we offer the option to host private events. We have top-notch facilities and trained staff to cater to events of various types and sizes.

What types of events can be celebrate?

A wide variety of tailor-made private events can be hosted, including:

-Weddings.
-Birthdays.
-Anniversaries.

What is the maximum capacity of the room for personal events?

The maximum capacity of Sala Scala is over 700 people. This space offers a large area for hosting large-scale private events, ensuring comfort and safety for all guests. Please note that depending on the type of event and layout required, the capacity may be different.

The Show

What type of show can I expect?

You can expect an acrobatic, artistic, visual, and musical show that will take you on a journey through the history of the Canary Islands in a way never told before. Throughout more than 3 hours, you will be able to enjoy a 360º immersive experience.

Where is the Show?

The Show is celebrate at Sala Scala, located at Playa de San Agustín, specifically at Calle Las Retamas, 3, 35100, belonging to the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.

When is celebrate the Show?

The show is regularly celebrate on days specified by the establishment (Wednesday through Sunday). We recommend checking our events calendar to find out the exact dates.

What time does the Show start?

The show starts at 8:00 p.m. For greater convenience, it is recommended to arrive at least 1 hour in advance.

What is the duration of the show and dinner?

The complete immersive experience has a duration of 3 and a half hours, with an approximate ending time at 23:30 p.m. During this time, guests can enjoy both the show and the tasting menu.

How can I buy the tickets? / How does the ticket reservation for the show and dinner work?

You can buy the tickets for our show and dinner through our official website. Go to the ticket purchase section and select the date and type of ticket you prefer, then follow the instructions to complete your purchase. Once you have made the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation.

What type of tickets do I have?

Before selecting your ticket, it´s important to note that there are three types of experiences available:

-Scala Show (side or central location): This ticket provides you with the exclusive experience of the show in Sala Scala's amphitheater. Additionally, we offer our customers a menu with selection of snacks and beverages.
-Scala Dinner Show (side or central location): This ticket offers you the complete immersive experience. You have access to the orchestra seats to enjoy both the show and the tasting menu (beverages not included).
-Scala Premium (side or central location): This ticket offers you the complete immersive experience in the best and most exclusive location in Sala Scala.

*Once you have chosen your ticket, we recommend checking your confirmation email or reservation details to know the specific type of ticket you have purchased.*

How can I gift tickets?

Through our Regala Scala (Gift Scala) ticket option, you can purchase this unique experience for anyone you wish to gift it to. Just follow these simple steps:
1.Select the ticket: Choose the ticket among the 6 available zones.
2.Make the payment: After payment, you will receive a numerical code or a QR code in your email.
3.Deliver the code: Send the code to the person you wish to receive the gift. This code will allow them to obtain their tickets for the date they wish to attend the show.

Please note that the code is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase and is only valid for the ORIGEN show. It is not valid for shows or events outside the regular schedule, nor for New Year´s Eve and Christmas Night.

Are there group offers/ discounts for groups or special packages offered?

For groups of 8 people or more, please contact us via eventos@salascala.com and we will inform you about our advantages.

What language is the show performed in?

The main language of the “ORIGEN” experience will be that of performing arts. It will feature the participation of over 30 international artists, including singers, dancers, acrobats, and a large audiovisual team. Therefore, the language of the show will be universal, accessible to people from different countries and cultures. A mythical story of the Canary Islands will be vividly and emotively represented through music, dance, movement, and visual projections, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in the experience without the need for words.

the show is suitable for all audiences?

Children under 12 years old attending the event with a Scala Show ticket, meaning only to watch the show, will pay the same price as an adult. However, if they choose the Scala Dinner Show ticket, minors can enjoy a 30% discount off the adult price and also enjoy the children´s menu.

Can you buy show merchandise during the event?

Yes, there is a merchandise selling area where customers can purchase products related to the show.

Is there any dress code for the event?

We do not have a specific dress code for the event. However, it is recommended to dress appropriately for the occasion, considering that it is an event that combines a show and dinner.

Do you have areas for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?

Yes, in Sala Scala, we have specially designated areas for people with reduced mobility (PRM). However, it is important to note that these areas are limited to the amphitheater space.

What are the refund policies in case of cancellation?

If you have purchased the refund insurance, you can request a full refund of the base ticket amount up to 24 hours before the event. The cancellation service has a cost of 5 euros per ticket. To request a refund, please contact info@salascala.com. It is important to note that if you choose not to purchase the refund insurance, there will be no refund availability in case of cancellation.

Food and Drink

Is there food and drink during the show?

Yes, during the show, you can enjoy our ORIGEN; tasting menu or its vegan version in the stalls. This menu is available with the Scala Dinner Show and Scala Premium tickets. The Scala Show ticket does not include the tasting menu, so we offer our customers a selection of snacks and beverages in the amphitheater. Please note that beverages are not included in the ticket price for any of our experiences.

Is dinner included in the ticket price?

The gastronomic experience is only included in the Scala Dinner Show and Scala Premium categories.

What does the menu offer?

The tasting menu is designed to complement and enhance the immersive experience of Origen and consists of a selection of dishes that reflect the gastronomic richness of the Canary Islands. It includes a variety of appetizers showcasing the diversity of flavors representing the island of Gran Canaria. The first course features an option of fresh fish, while the second course offers a selection of meat. To conclude the gastronomic experience, a dessert is offered that also highlights products from the islands.

Are there vegetarian or vegan options available for dinner?

At Sala Scala, we offer an alternative without animal products by providing a vegan menu linked to Canarian gastronomy.

Is there a menu for children?

Yes, we have a children´s menu available.

Are beverage packages available?

Yes, we offer a range of beverage packages to complement the gastronomic experience. Our staff in the dining area will be happy to recommend the option that best suits your needs.s.
