What does exclusive venue hire include for our networking event?
Exclusive hire includes private use of the venue, access to our technical infrastructure (stage, sound, lighting) and support from our team. In addition, you can design your event fully tailor-made. We will offer you the catering and drinks options that best suit the format of your event.
Can we enquire even if we do not yet know the exact number of attendees?
Yes. To assess hiring the venue, an initial estimate is enough. We will define the setup (cocktail-style, auditorium, etc.) and the exact staffing and catering needs closer to your event date.
What technology and audiovisual support do you offer for presentations?
The venue has a professional stage, screens, microphones and an integrated sound system. Our technical team will be at your disposal to ensure your talks, videos or networking activities run perfectly.
Is it possible to book a private show just for our guests?
Absolutely. With exclusive use of the venue, you can choose to complement the networking with a tailor-made show, live music or part of our artistic production to surprise attendees after the more corporate segment.
How far in advance should we book the venue?
