The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from unofficial points of sale.
Once the ticket has been purchased, no changes or refunds will be accepted.
Tickets will not be replaced in case of loss, damage, theft, or destruction.
Tickets purchased with discounts or special rates must be validated with supporting documentation at the venue entrance. Failure to present the required documentation will render the ticket invalid.
Upon entering the venue, attendees may be subjected to a security check in accordance with the law. Entry with items considered dangerous by the organization is prohibited. The right of admission is reserved.
Admission is subject to the possession of a complete and undamaged ticket. Ticket holders will forfeit their rights upon leaving the venue. The organization reserves the right to allow entry to the venue after the show has started.
The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the event program. In case of cancellation, the organization commits to refunding the ticket price.
Complaints regarding the performance, alteration, or cancellation of the event must be addressed to the organization with the ticket as proof.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read the specific characteristics and details of each event.
During the event, photographs and/or video recordings may be taken. By attending, you authorize the organizers to use these images and recordings for publication in digital and printed media.
Bringing food and beverages not purchased within our facilities into the venue is strictly prohibited.
