The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at official points of sale.
Once the ticket has been purchased, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
The ticket will not be replaced in case of loss, damage, theft, or destruction.
Tickets purchased with a discount or special rate must be justified by providing a supporting document at the entrance to the venue. If the corresponding justification is not presented, they will not be valid.
Upon entering the venue, the public may be subject to a search according to the law. Entry with any objects that could be considered dangerous by the organization is not permitted. The right of admission is reserved.
Admission is subject to having a complete ticket in good condition. The ticket holder will lose their rights upon leaving the venue. It is at the organization’s discretion to allow access to the venue once the performance has started.
The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the program of the event. In case of cancellation, the organization undertakes to refund the ticket price.
Claims regarding the performance, alteration, or cancellation of the show must be addressed to the organization by presenting the ticket.
It is the customer’s obligation to read the characteristics and particularities of each show.
During the event, photographs and/or video recordings may be taken. By attending, you authorize the organizers to use such images and recordings for publication in digital and print media.
It is strictly forbidden to enter the room with food and drinks that have not been purchased on our premises.
