Steps to Redeem

Select the Date

Choose the day you wish to attend the event.

Select the area specified in the PDF.

Choose the type of experience and the number of people.

SHOW

Show only (with access to the menu, not included in the Flexiticket).

GENERAL, VIP, PREMIUM

Show + dinner (drinks not included).

Complete the form with your personal details (make sure to accept the terms and conditions) and confirm your email.

Click the submit button to proceed.

At the final step, select “Gift Card” as the payment method.

Choose the zone associated with your Flexiticket and enter the code number from the PDF.

You’re all set! Get ready to enjoy the performance.

Terms and Conditions
  • The code is valid for 6 months from the purchase date. After this period, it cannot be redeemed.
  • The card’s value is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • The Flexiticket is NOT VALID FOR SPECIAL SHOWS AND/OR PROGRAMS.
  • The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased outside official sales channels.
  • Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Lost, damaged, stolen, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.
  • Upon entry, attendees may be subject to a security check in accordance with the law. Items deemed dangerous by the organization are not allowed. Admission rights are reserved.
  • Admission requires a complete and intact ticket. Ticket holders lose their rights if they leave the venue. Entry after the show has started is at the discretion of the organizers.
  • The organization reserves the right to modify or change the event program. In case of cancellation, ticket holders are entitled to a refund.
  • Complaints regarding the event must be directed to the organizers with the ticket as proof.
  • It is the attendee’s responsibility to read the details and specificities of each show.
  • Photos and videos may be taken during the event. By attending, you authorize the use of these images and recordings for publication in digital and printed media.
  • Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the venue.
  • Seating is assigned based on the order of purchase; the indicated zone is a reference only.
  • Tables are shared seating.
