Doors open one hour before the show starts. Guests can enjoy our outdoor terrace bar (paid service) before entering the venue. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show begins.
Guests can select the seating area based on the type of ticket purchased, but it is not possible to choose a specific table.
Table allocation is based on the type of ticket purchased.
Yes, drink packages can be purchased at the venue if they were not booked in advance. Please note that all members of the reservation must purchase the same drink package.
Guests may enjoy our selection of drinks from our wine and cocktail menu.

Yes, on Thursdays. This service is available only in the south of the island.
We do not have private parking; however, you will find various public parking areas nearby where you can park comfortably.
Yes, tables may be shared. Most tables seat 6 or 8 guests. Groups of 5–6 or 7–8 will have a private table. Smaller groups may share a table depending on occupancy.
Yes, although for better planning we kindly ask that you inform us in advance.
Nomad: Depending on attendance, the side areas of the venue will be opened or the amphitheatre will be available.
We have a wheelchair-accessible elevator with access exclusively to the amphitheatre. We recommend indicating this during the reservation process.

Yes, tickets can be purchased on the same day subject to availability. However, there is a risk of the show being sold out.
Yes, payment can be made in cash or by credit card at the ticket office and at the entrance.

Yes, as long as you inform us in advance. We will need the reservation names in order to link them.
Yes, provided that cancellation insurance has been purchased. It can also be added at the time of changing the date.

Select the date you wish to attend, the corresponding seating area, and the menu type. Proceed to payment and choose “gift card” as the payment method, then enter your Flexiticket number to redeem it.
There is no strict dress code, but we kindly encourage elegant attire.
If you have purchased cancellation insurance, you may request a full refund of the base ticket price up to 24 hours before the event. The cancellation service costs €10 per ticket. Refund requests must be sent to reservas@salascala.com.
If cancellation insurance has not been purchased, refunds will not be available. We recommend carefully considering your plans before purchasing tickets.
