Transfer Service

Sala Scala offers its customers an optional transfer service. Below you will find all the information you need.

How does the transfer service work?

Book your seat: Once you have purchased your tickets, book your transfer through the transfer section on our website or by calling Reservations at +34 928 327 034.

Confirmation: It is mandatory to provide a phone number. 24 hours before the service, Alsa will call you to confirm the exact time and will send you an email with the pick-up point.

Price and payment methods: The transfer price is €12.50 per person and you can pay by card, Klarna, Bancontact or EPS.

Please keep an eye on your phone and email the day before and on the day of the service.

In case of any incident or delay, you can write to experiencias@alsa.es explaining what happened.

The customer may call Alsa’s reservations number: 928 184 608 or +34 647 309 143.

Once the time has been reconfirmed 24 hours in advance, Alsa will send the customer an email with the exact point where the bus will pick them up.

Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Refund available if cancelled at least 1 day before the event.
