General Terms and Conditions

The code will be valid for 6 months from the purchase date; after this date, it cannot be redeemed.
Under no circumstances will the card amount be refundable for cash.
The Flexiticket IS NOT VALID FOR SPECIAL SHOWS AND/OR PROGRAMS.
The organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased from official points of sale.
Once the ticket is purchased, no changes or refunds will be accepted.
The ticket will not be replaced in case of loss, damage, theft, or destruction.
Upon entering the venue, the public may be subject to a search as per the law. Entry is not permitted with any
objects that the organization deems dangerous. The right of admission is reserved.
Admission is subject to possessing a complete ticket in good condition. The ticket holder will
lose their rights upon leaving the venue. It is at the discretion of the organization to allow entry to the venue once
the performance has begun.
The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the event program. In case of cancellation, the organization
undertakes to refund the ticket amount.
Complaints regarding the performance, alteration, or cancellation of the show must be addressed to the organization
by presenting the ticket.
It is the customer’s obligation to read the characteristics and specific details of each show.
During the event, photographs and/or video recordings may be taken. By attending, you authorize the organizers
to use such images and recordings for publication in digital and print media.
It is strictly forbidden to enter the hall with food and beverages not purchased at our
facilities.
